200 Pounds of Beauty is based on a Japanese comic by Suzuki Yumiko. This Korean Drama Comedy tells story about a girl with obesity who wants to take plastic surgery. Hannah Kang (Kim Ah Jung) attracts everyone with her beautiful voice as a ghost singer for pop idol Ami and a popular phone sex partner. But in real life everyone makes fun of her because of her obesity. Frustrated with her condition, she decided to have full-body plastic surgery. After the surgery she’s like having a new life. With her new look and beautiful voice, she wins singing competition and gets everything she’s ever wanted, including fame and love. But will it be over if people discover her true identity?
